Lighting of the Vines
Saturday Dec. 5th, 4:00-6:00, lighting at 5:45
The museum is partnering with our neighbors, the Grovedale Winery, for an afternoon event.
The museum barn and carriage house will be open, and you can see wreaths from the Rynveld Wreath Company of New Albany on display. See our exhibit of printing machinery from the Rocket newspaper and kids and adults can make your own Christmas card using rubber stamps. Copies of our new book, Wyalusing Valley Portraits, containing a selection of historic photographs from the museum collection, will be on sale in the barn (cash or check only).
At the Grovedale Tasting Room enjoy a cup of hot cocoa or mulled wine. There will be an ornament making activity for kids, as well as a visit with Elf on the Shelf. At 5:45 enjoy the spectacle as the vineyard is lit.
